All Pupils Will Need to meet with the Career Services Coordinator before graduation. These pupils will put in place a high level of work so as to satisfy their commitments, and attribute failure to matters that are in their control, in place of blaming external facets. Pupils with low self-efficacy, on the reverse side, believe they can’t succeed and thus are not as likely to earn a concerted, protracted work and may look at challenging tasks as dangers which should be avoided.
